Please read these Terms and Conditions before using the Nad Inn website (the “Website”) or sending a quote request. By using the Website and confirming a booking, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The Website and the Nad Inn guesthouse are operated by Eurohaul Services S.R.L., registered office at Strada Principală nr. 71, Bărbulețu, Dâmbovița County, Romania, Trade Register no. J2006001183151, tax ID RO19182345 (“Nad Inn” or the “Provider”). The guesthouse is located at DC21, 117631 Sătic, Argeș County, Romania.
Anyone who uses the Website, sends a quote request or makes a booking is referred to as the “Guest”.
2. Our services
Nad Inn offers accommodation by renting out the whole guesthouse: 8 bedrooms, for up to 21 guests. Descriptions, photos and rates on the Website are updated regularly but may change. The quote we send when confirming a booking takes precedence over the information on the Website.
3. How to book
- You send a request through the form on the Website, by phone or by email. A request is not a booking.
- We call you back with availability and a quote for your dates.
- The booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been paid, as described in section 5.
The Guest agrees to provide real, accurate and complete information.
4. Rates
- Rates are in Romanian lei (RON).
- In standard periods the rate is 2,500 RON per night for the whole guesthouse, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
- For Christmas, New Year, Easter, 1 May, 1 June and 1 December we prepare a personalised quote.
- The sauna, hot tub, pool and ATVs are not included in the accommodation rate and are charged separately, as stated in the quote.
- The estimate shown in the form is for guidance only and is not a binding offer.
5. Payment
- A 50% deposit of the total price of the stay is required to confirm the booking.
- The balance is due by the date given in the booking confirmation.
- Payment is by bank transfer or in cash.
6. Cancellation and no-show
- If the Guest cancels the booking, the deposit is not refunded, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
- In the event of a no-show, the full deposit is retained.
- If Nad Inn cannot honour a confirmed booking, the Guest receives a full refund of all amounts paid.
7. Arrival, departure and house rules
Check-in and check-out times are agreed when the booking is confirmed. The house rules, provided at booking and available at the guesthouse, form part of these Terms.
8. Guest obligations
- to follow the house rules and keep to the confirmed number of guests;
- to use the rooms and facilities with care and to pay for any damage;
- not to keep pets inside the guesthouse;
- to organise any private events (birthdays, team-building) at their own responsibility. Nad Inn provides the venue, without event-organising services;
- to pay the amounts due on time.
9. Extras and safety
- The sauna, hot tub and pool must be used according to the instructions given on arrival. Children may only use them under adult supervision.
- The pool is outdoors and unheated, and is usually open from June to September, depending on the weather.
- ATVs are hired at the Guest’s own risk. A category B driving licence is required, and a liability form must be completed and signed before use. Safety gear is provided by Nad Inn. No guide is provided.
10. Nad Inn’s obligations
- to provide the accommodation as confirmed;
- to inform the Guest of any change affecting their stay.
Nad Inn may change the rates shown on the Website and may refuse a booking in the event of obvious pricing or availability errors.
11. Liability
Nad Inn is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Website, technical errors beyond its control or delays by banks in processing payments.
12. Personal data
Data sent through the Website is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual property
The text, photos, logo and graphics on the Website belong to Nad Inn and may not be used without its written consent.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disagreement will first be resolved amicably. Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), including through its alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL). Failing agreement, disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the Website.
